In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Each individual may hold only one (1) active 277 pub account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held therein.

277 pub is required under its regulatory obligations to verify the identity of all members before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification is a one-time process that, once successfully completed, activates full account functionality including withdrawal privileges.

Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents for KYC purposes include: Philippine Passport, UMID Card, SSS ID, PhilHealth Card, Driver's License issued by the LTO, PRC ID, Voter's ID, and Postal ID. 277 pub may request additional documentation at its discretion where required for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

Members must submit:

Your 277 pub account balance belongs exclusively to you and is maintained in Philippine Pesos. Account balances are not transferable to another person's account and cannot be used as collateral or assigned to any third party. Account balances do not accrue interest.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify 277 pub support immediately via the live chat function on the Platform. 277 pub may temporarily suspend account access pending investigation of any reported security breach.

277 pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to current availability as displayed on the Platform:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and the account being reviewed for compliance. 277 pub reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

Deposits are made solely for the purpose of funding real-money gaming activity on the Platform. 277 pub does not accept deposits for any purpose other than participation in Platform games and promotions. In the event of conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence over these general provisions.

The following conditions apply to all bonus offers unless specifically stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets unless otherwise specified.

All games available on the 277 pub Platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed game providers whose software has been tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average payout rate for each game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 277 pub's aggregate liability to any member for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

277 pub shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or indirect, consequential, or special damages of any kind, even if 277 pub has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any interruption of service, game downtime, or technical errors arising from circumstances outside 277 pub's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or PAGCOR-directed operational restrictions;
• Any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices as outlined in Section 5; or
• The content, accuracy, or availability of any third-party service connected to the Platform, including GCash, Maya, or banking partners.

Nothing in these Terms limits 277 pub's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.

277 pub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized account access;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute that has not been resolved;
• PAGCOR direction or legal requirement to restrict or terminate access; or
• The member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 277 pub will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension and an estimated timeframe for resolution. Where an account is terminated for cause (including confirmed fraud or Terms breach), available balances may be forfeited in accordance with the specific circumstances of the breach.

Where an account is closed at the member's own request (not due to any breach), any available real-money balance will be returned to the member via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and gaming laws. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
